RSA Authenticator (SecurID) App Reviews

Ever since the recent version, this app keeps throwing up a contract screen that prevents me from seeing my passcode when I open the app. I already pressed Accept! Why do I need to press Accept every time I open the app?!? You had ONE job, RSA!

UPDATED: Yay! they brought back a visual indicator when the number will expire! I used to love the app, but they redesigned the interface and yes there is a little number counting down in the bottom corner, but I am focused on trying to get that big number typed into my computer before it resets... like it did this morning on me... half way through getting the number in and the number reset... Doh! Please bring back the visual bar showing that the number is about to expire.

Great work in terms of UI improvement. Gets me the tokencode as required. Works perfectly fine. One click token import.

Will not activate camera to scan QR code. Any help?

It would be so nice to be able to get my soft token ID on my Apple Watch. Please provide this!!!

I used the SID800 token for nearly two years before switching to the iOS app, and am very glad I did! (I would always be in a bind when I took my wifes car to work and left my token on my other keychain, but I never forget my phone.). It is very convenient and I love that you can add multiple accounts in the app. I just really hope the next version becomes compatible with the Apple Watch like what RSA Via Access is doing. That would make things even easier!

Would be great to port this app over to WatchOS!

App works fine and I would love to have this on my apple watch - would be so so much more useful that way

After updating to IOS 10 we can no longer setup new users. If you had the app setup and working with IOS 9 and upgrade to IOS 10 your fine, but if you setup the app new on a iPhone with IOS 10 it fails to import the token. Error message: Token import failed. Error communicating with server. Contact your administrator. Please fix ASAP.

This version of the app doesnt seem to work on iPhone 7 with 10.0.1. Looks like I am back to using a hardware token.

Current token distribution configurations dont work with iOS 10. RSA support refused to acknowledge that their app was not yet compatible with the new iOS when absolutely nothing has changed on our side and token distribution still works on iOS versions before 10. This has happened with iOS updates before. Fix the app!

This app doesnt work with my new iPhone 7. It does, however, work with my 6 that was upgraded to iOS 10. Why the discrepancy? Do you not realize how much this affects your customers? Do you know how annoying it is to carry around 2 phones? Please post an ETA.

If you use this app, its likely because you HAVE to. At least its functional on iPad now, but Apple Watch support might actually make it bearable.

Great product, but please make it available on the Apple Watch.

Works great my iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 10. My company doesnt use the QR code though. Ours is set up via email. Maybe other IT departments should do the same for their users.

As like everyone else I would like to know why this app works on iOS 9 but you can not do a new install on iOS 10

I would like this app a lot more if it was on the Apple Watch.

After installing the new version, im not able open the seed file from company email. Is it possible to install the old version of this app? When this issue will be fixed?
